By incorporating lean proteins and applying the right preparation techniques for them, you'll experience how the already good-for-you greens and vegetable salads will become nutritious, power-packed and deliciously satisfying meals.
You will learn the building blocks to salad dressings that help make healthful decisions without compromising flavor and punch, and with enough variations so that it never becomes common.
Menu: Mediterranean Tuna Compote Salad; Salmon-Glazed Mock Sushi Salad; Grilled Holloumi (Greek cheese) Salad; Tuscan Arugula, Lemon and Parmigiano Salad; Salad Nicoise (Classic French Salad of Seared Tuna, Green Beans, Potatoes & Olives).
