Our very first is scheduled for Wednesday, January 30th. Join Miyoko Honma, owner of Cafe Japon, as she teaches you in a hands-on format, her most AMAZING flaky, buttery pastries! She will show you the croissant-making process developed at Cafe Japon. You will leave knowing her methods for making the butter-layered dough to produce flaky and buttery croissants!
